1. Eligibility and parental responsibility
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. A parent or legal guardian must create and manage saved child profiles, approve use of the service, and supervise a child’s use where appropriate.
2. The service
AtomVerse provides interactive educational games, learning progress, parent tools, and an optional AI science guide. Features, worlds, prices, and availability may change as the service develops. We may perform maintenance or suspend a feature when reasonably necessary.
3. Accounts and safety
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials secure. Profile information must be accurate enough to operate the service, must not impersonate another person, and should use a child-friendly nickname rather than sensitive personal information.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse AtomVerse, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, introduce harmful code, scrape or copy substantial parts of the service, abuse the AI guide, infringe another person’s rights, or use the service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or commercial resale purposes without written permission.
5. AI and educational information
AtomVerse is a learning aid, not a substitute for a teacher or professional adviser. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular situation. Parents and educators should use judgment and independently check important information.
6. Access passes, payments, and expiry
Paid access passes will show the price, access period, included features, and applicable taxes before purchase. A 30-day or 365-day pass is a one-time payment and does not renew automatically. Payments may be processed by Razorpay. Access ends when the purchased period expires unless the parent buys another pass.
Refund requests will be considered under the refund information shown at purchase and applicable consumer law. Fees for an access period that has already been used may be non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
7. Intellectual property
AtomVerse and its software, visuals, text, branding, animations, learning content, and design are owned by or licensed to AirSwipe and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended educational purpose.
8. Third-party services
AtomVerse may rely on third parties for authentication, hosting, AI, and payments. Their services and terms may apply separately. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond the extent required by applicable law.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AtomVerse is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate. AirSwipe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or end access when these Terms are seriously or repeatedly breached, when needed to protect users or the service, when required by law, or when the service is discontinued. Provisions that by their nature should continue will survive termination.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available to you. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern fairly.
12. Changes and contact
