1. Who this policy applies to
This Privacy Policy applies to AtomVerse, an AirSwipe learning experience, including its website, parent area, child profiles, learning progress, AI guide, and any paid plan that may be offered.
2. Information we collect
We may collect a parent or guardian’s account name and email address; a child profile nickname and age group; learning progress such as missions, discoveries, stars, and streaks; questions submitted to the Atom AI guide; basic technical and security information; support messages; and payment status or transaction identifiers supplied by our payment provider.
We do not ask a child to provide a personal email address, full legal name, home address, school name, payment card number, or government identifier.
3. How we use information
We use information to operate AtomVerse, save progress, personalise age-appropriate learning, answer science questions, provide parent controls, process access-pass payments, prevent misuse, respond to support requests, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations.
4. Children and parental consent
A parent or legal guardian must create and manage any saved child profile and provide consent. Please use a nickname rather than a child’s real name. If we learn that personal information was collected from a child without appropriate permission, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
5. AI guide
When Atom’s AI guide is enabled, the question, current learning context, and an age range may be sent securely to OpenAI to generate an answer. Parents should tell children not to include personal information in questions. AI answers can be incomplete or incorrect and should not be treated as professional advice.
6. Service providers and payments
We may use trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, AI responses, customer support, analytics, and payments. When payments are enabled, Razorpay will process payment details under its own privacy terms. AtomVerse does not need to store a complete card number or UPI PIN.
7. Sharing and sale of data
We do not sell children’s personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate AtomVerse, when you ask us to, during a lawful business reorganisation, or when required to comply with law, protect safety, or prevent fraud.
8. Storage, security, and retention
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. No internet service can promise perfect security. We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, to maintain legitimate business records, or to meet legal requirements.
9. Your choices and rights
A parent or guardian may ask to access, correct, export, or delete account and child-profile information, subject to applicable law and records we must retain. You may also stop using the service or cancel a paid plan through the available account controls.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as AtomVerse grows. Material changes will be shown on the service or communicated where appropriate. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@airswipe.in.
